Hug someone at least once a day.

The moment you realise the world is not turning around yourself, thats fucked up.

You get so used to having yourself all the time, listening to the same voice, ignoring whats bothering out there, alieniating yourself or the others - there is no difference.
You don't see that you'r just another guy sitting in the corner with his beer, you think the people are just actors in your head, they are all there for your movie but you never realise that there should be billions of movies out there. So its better to make your movie interesting.

Its been said that whenever you can hear the cigarette burn that means you are alone but thats just in a physical aspect. It is worse to hear your voice all the time. That should mean you are really alone.

And not realizing that you are, that just Vanilla Sky or Inception for teenagers..

Its just like in the movies or like in a conversation when you are really high. What if this is an illusion ?Who the hell knows whats real or not? It feels different the moment you realise you have been trapped inside of yourself for a long time without realising it. I mean, there is a whole world and a crowd running up and down, talking all the time, just like an hotel loby in your head while the moment you pop out of the eyes and turn the camera to yourself, you just another guy existing there. Thats why I changed my quote from 'No pain No gain' to 'To live is the rarest thing, most of the people only exist'.

This logic defies the logic of the whole area of philosophy because I can just say, What the fuck?
and there is no answer.

I guess the conclusion is that everyone should hug someone at least once a day.
